On her staff Sailor Pluto has the 3rd tailsman- the Garnet Orb.
Setsuna is a somewhat unknown character because she isn't shown much. She is the solitary guardian of the Gate of Time. Unlike the other senshi she was not reborn with the Moon Kingdom so she is thousands of years old. When Sailor Pluto shows up you know that the situation is very bad.
She has become very close to Chibi-Usa and she affectionately calls her Puu.
Pluto is one of the Outer Senshi whom have significantly stronger attacks than the Inners.
She also has the ability to stop time, although it is forbiden, and doing so she dies, as a punishment. Only when it is desperately needed does she use this attack.
